Our reports will provide you with photos of all issues and concise details and unbiased opinions outlining what the issues really mean. Giving you an understanding of the severity and urgency of the matters raised
As part of this service, we will also provide you with a full estimate outlining the costs to repair.
Not only will this information give you peace of mind, but can be used as a negotiation tool when buying your property, so that you don’t get saddled with any nasty surprises for costly problems
In some cases these types of reports will require scaffolding to be erected to allow safe access, if this is not viable we can help provide budgetary costs for the type of work they have outlined and demonstration of work we have carried out before.
Further Inspection Reports
In some instances, it is not always possible on the first inspection to ascertain the root cause of certain leaks due to issues being hidden by materials such as tiles, slates or felt coverings.
There is also health and safety to consider to ensure safe access onto the roof can be granted, which may require a scaffolding structure to be erected.
Romford Roofing Services will provide Fee-Based Further inspection report, whereby we will allocate a trained resource for the day to strip back roof coverings and fully trace back water ingress, determining the best course of action and then reinstalling the roof back into position to eliminate further damage.
Our reports include photos of the various stages, the methodology to repair and an estimate to resolve. The cost of scaffolding will then be discounted from the overall estimate if you select Romford Roofing Services to carry out the further work.
